프로젝트 우클릭 -> Properties -> Project Facets -> Dynamic Web Module 체크 후 우측의 Runtiemes 에서 톰캣 체크
만약 톰캣이 체크가 안 될 경우 Dynamic Web Module의 Version을 내려가면서 찾아야함
